The Opportunity: Program Planner
Your Role: As the Program Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of various manufacturing programs and projects. In this role, you will be involved with collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of programs.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational requirements.

The Opportunity: Program Planner
Your Role: As the Program Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of various manufacturing programs and projects. In this role, you will be involved with collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of programs.
Reports To: Senior Planning Manager
Essential Functions:
- Analyzes, coordinates, and drives scheduling requirements to procure materials for production within strict timeframes.
- Expedites parts to meet production schedules from both internal and external suppliers in cooperation with Procurement.
- Identifies schedule-related risks and works with cross-functional teams to resolve.
- Monitors the production schedules, daily inventories, daily job status and component receipts.
- Provides planning documentation, including baseline schedules, updates, and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience with program costing and reporting
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Management
- Previous experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
- ERP experience
- APICS certification
